Meet Youlin Diaz-Duran

Born and raised in Mexico City, Youlin began her career as a teacher before owning a language services company. Her husband's career in industrial engineering with a Fortune 500 corporation led their family on a journey across the U.S.—from Mississippi to Pennsylvania and Indiana—before ultimately settling in Charleston in 2016. Having navigated multiple cross-country relocations with two young sons, Youlin understands firsthand the challenges and emotions that come with buying and selling a home. This personal experience fuels her commitment to making every transition as seamless as possible for her clients.

Youlin believes that a home is more than just a place to live—it’s where memories are made, meals are shared, and traditions are built. She approaches real estate with honesty, transparency, and a deep understanding of her clients' needs. When she’s not advocating for her clients, you can find her running, cycling, or playing tennis. She also enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
