Meet Sonia Platten

Born and raised in Lima, Peru, I earned my degree in International Business Administration from ADEX, one of the country's well-known business schools, after graduating from high school. I began my professional career as an Export Assistant, where I gained valuable experience in international business and customer relations.

In 2001, at the age of 28, I moved to the United States in search of new opportunities. While living with my father, I worked as a Sales Executive in the credit card processing industry. At the same time, I attended Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, where I studied English and completed courses that strengthened my communication and sales skills.

Over the years, I built a successful career in sales and customer service, developing strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities while helping clients with a wide range of products and services.

In 2010, I met my husband, Dennis, while serving in the Children's Ministry at Calvary Chapel Chino Hills California After dating for nearly a year, we were married at the same church. It was especially meaningful that several of the Sunday School children served as our flower girls and ring bearer. Dennis has been a loving and supportive husband, and I consider him one of God's greatest blessings in my life.

My passion for helping people eventually led me to pursue a career in real estate. After completing the required education and passing the California Real Estate Exam, I earned my California Real Estate License in July 2017 and began serving clients as a Realtor.

For the past eight years, I have been dedicated to helping buyers, sellers, and investors achieve their real estate goals with honesty, integrity, confidentiality, care and personalized service. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers in finding their dream home, helping sellers in marketing their properties to maximize their home’s value and sell for the best possible sale price or guiding investors in identifying real estate opportunities and supporting them through every step of the investment process, I am committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Recently, I earned my South Carolina Real Estate License, giving me the opportunity to expand my services and assist clients in another growing market. I am excited to bring the experience, knowledge, and dedication I have developed over the years to help individuals and families successfully navigate their real estate journey in South Carolina.
