Meet Ronald A Henderson

Ron is a member of the National Association of REALTORS. He holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP), Certified Buyer Representative (CBR), Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) professional designations. He has over 40 years of full-time professional experience helping people buy and sell Charleston, SC area homes. He was a founding member and was elected President of the North Area Top Producers Club in 2005, 2008, 2009, 2014, and 2015.

Ron enjoys using his experience and negotiating skills to save his clients time, money, and effort. His clients, either buyers or sellers, are better informed. He has helped hundreds of clients successfully relocate. The goal with his clients has always been to listen to their specific needs, treat them with the utmost respect, and to exceed their expectations while maximizing results. As a retired military member, he takes enjoyment and pride in assisting the many Army, Navy, Coast Guard, Marine, and Air Force military members with PCS orders in and out of the Charleston Area. 

Ron entered the U.S. Coast Guard at age seventeen and traveled extensively during his career. He served on seven ships and received the "Coast Guard  Medal" for heroism in a life-saving fire rescue. His travels included the Arctic, Antarctic, Newfoundland, Greenland, Alaska, Hawaii, Fiji, Tonga, Japan, and numerous cities and islands in South America, the Caribbean, and the South Pacific. As a retired CWO from the U.S. Coast Guard, he is aware of the many hardships and the stress that come with PCS orders.

Upon retiring from the military, Ron selected Real Estate as his new career. Ron settled in the bedroom community of Goose Creek and is married with three children and six grandchildren. Ron loves to fish and spend time with his grandchildren.

Serving Charleston, North Charleston, Summerville, Goose Creek, Mt. Pleasant, and NWS, Charleston Air Force Base, Joint Base Charleston, U.S. Coast Guard Sector Charleston, and all military personnel, including retired members, veterans, and their families.
