Meet Robin Pye

I am the Broker-in-Charge of Carolina One Real Estate’s Main Street office in Summerville and our Santee office serving the Lake Marion area. I lead both offices with a focus on developing strong real estate professionals, building collaborative cultures, and providing agents with the training, coaching, and broker support they need to build sustainable careers.

Agent development is a significant part of what I do. I work with agents at every stage of their careers to strengthen their skills, grow their businesses, navigate complex transactions, and continually raise the level of service they provide to their clients. I regularly lead training on real estate practices, contracts, ethics, client communication, business development, and the changing tools and technology affecting our industry.

My commitment to the real estate profession extends beyond the offices I lead. I am a 2026 graduate of the South Carolina REALTORS® Leadership Academy and serve on both the Professional Standards Committee and Grievance Committee, keeping me actively involved in the standards, ethics, and issues shaping our profession.

My work is also deeply connected to the communities where I live and lead. I have longstanding ties to Summerville and the greater Charleston real estate community, and I now call Santee home. Leading Carolina One’s expansion into Santee allows me to become even more involved in the Santee and Lake Marion community while expanding our relationships and professional presence throughout the area.

Whether I am coaching an agent, teaching a class, working through a difficult transaction, developing future leaders, or building relationships within the community, my work centers on helping people grow, raising the standard of our profession, and strengthening the communities we serve.
