Meet Max Franklin Birkholt

I was born and raised in a small town in South Dakota, where I was surrounded by a tight-knit community with a lot of amazing people. I eventually moved out to northwestern Montana, where I lived and worked on a farm in the mountains for two years. That experience taught me the value of hard work and the importance of appreciating the little things in life.

After that, I joined the military and proudly served for 9 years, all of which I was stationed right here in Charleston. I had the opportunity to deploy multiple times, which was always an eye-opening experience. My years in uniform truly shaped who I am today—discipline, perseverance, and attention to detail are values I will always carry with me.

Now, I’m blessed to call Charleston home permanently and to serve this community in a new way—as a Realtor! Whether I’m helping first-time buyers, investors, or families finding their forever home, my goal is the same: get you into your ideal home at the best price possible and do it flawlessly. I wholeheartedly enjoy helping people and making the Lowcountry feel like home for others, the same way it has for me.
