Meet Katherine Widener

Kappi is an Atlanta, Georgia native that has been an area resident since 1999 and earned her bachelors degree in Communication at College of Charleston. She recognizes the unique characteristics of living and working in the Greater Charleston Area. Kappi understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. As a full time Realtor, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through great communication and by being accessible whenever you need her.When not assisting clients, Kappi enjoys sailing competitively and is a member of CORA, Charleston Ocean Racing Association. She began sailing at College of Charleston and has been on the water ever since. She loves spending time with her husband, Justin, and their two small children. She is an avid explorer of the city. She likes to try new restaurants and check out local music and neighborhood festivals.
