Meet Dawn Wilson

I love Charleston! I am thankful that my husband and I moved here in 1998. I transferred with SouthTrust Bank and worked in the commercial and construction lending departments in downtown Charleston. Once we were blessed with our daughter, Hadleigh, I was able to be a stay at mom and a few years later again blessed with our son, Reid. School time started and I found myself working in their school with the students in fundraising, event planning and substitute teaching - I loved it! Since 2015, we have been homeschooling the kids and have enjoyed the great memories made with our family. In 2018, I decided, with the wonderful encouragement of my husband, to start the path of becoming a real estate agent. I am beyond grateful for the push as I LOVE this job! I am blessed to have a supportive family, wonderful business partner, Nora Tanner, and a fabulous company that supports me in every step.

I have always enjoyed helping others, this makes my job as an agent so easy. I love people! Whether you are jumping on the path of home ownership, or ready to up-size or downsize your home, each transaction is special. It’s the relationships that count. I am humbled that my sellers and my buyers entrusted this challenge to me, and I am thankful for each and every one of them.
