Meet Cristin Drake

Cristin Drake grew up in the western suburbs of Philadelphia, known as the Main Line, where real estate and construction were part of everyday family life. Following in her mother’s footsteps as a longtime Realtor in Pennsylvania, she knew early on that helping people sell and purchase homes throughout the different chapters of their lives was what she wanted to do upon moving to Charleston in 2002.

For more than 22 years, Cristin has proudly served buyers and sellers across the Charleston Tri-County Area. As a full-time, full-service Real Estate Advisor, she brings deep local knowledge, genuine care, and a hands-on approach to every transaction. Cristin resides in Mount Pleasant SC with her son, husband, a dog and two cats.  When she’s not working, you’ll find Cristin exercising,  walking the beach, boating, cooking, reading, journaling, hosting friends and family at home, and traveling whenever she can.
