Meet Cheryl Lynn Garland

Cheri Garland, a Real Estate Agent with Carolina One, based in Summerville, SC, is building a solid foundation of clients in her community by her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always put her client’s needs first.

She is passionate about helping her buyer clients find the home of their dreams by patiently taking the time to get to know them and narrow down the home they desire.  She will also pursue every lead and hustle aggressively to market homes until she successfully closes for her seller clients.

She understands the local market and works for the largest real estate agency in South Carolina which provides her with a vast array of contacts to efficiently close deals.  She has a great work ethic and is always willing to go the extra mile to make her clients happy.

She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in accounting from The Ohio State University.  After obtaining her education she began working as the Finance Director at the YWCA of Youngstown.  While she was the Finance Director for the YWCA of Youngstown, she was extremely involved with empowering women and girls, as well as, racial equality.   She is very passionate about giving back to the community.  She volunteers with Meals on Wheels, Adopt a Highway, Habitat for Humanity, turtle patrol and beach cleanups.  Her youngest daughter is a varsity cheerleader and a member of the track team at Ashley Ridge High School so she will often be found at school events.
