Meet Charles Cheatham

My intimate knowledge of the Charleston area, and my experiences of having lived here all my life, give me enthusiasm and a desire to make my home, your home.

As a Realtor, my first priority is to make my clients happy. I strive to provide excellent customer service with a commitment to hard work and building relationships with my clients and, more importantly, maintain those relationships by communicating effectively, listening and following through.

My clients can count on me any time of day if they have a question or concern. I strive to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. 

In my free time, my wife and I love to travel, discovering new places and cultures. Our travels often lead us to tropical blue water destinations so we can pursue our other passion, Scuba diving.
