Meet Ashley Kern

Ashley grew up in Greenville, SC and is a proud graduate of Clemson University. Ashley has called Charleston her home since 2012 when she and her husband, Matt, moved to Mount Pleasant. She has a 6-year-old son, Corbin, and a 7-year-old daughter, Ellory, who are avid Clemson fans along with their Mom and Dad! After several years in project management and sales, she was ready for a new challenge. Growing up with a mom in real estate, Ashley has spent years learning the ins and outs of the industry. This led her to work for top real estate producer, Sheryl Scholer, as her assistant. After working as a real estate assistant for some time, Ashley obtained her real estate license in 2023 and joined Carolina One as an agent. Ashley is hardworking, dedicated and extremely detail oriented, she always goes above and beyond for her clients. She loves to help turn her customer’s real estate dreams into reality!
